Shipping
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Backorders
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you with an estimated ship date. Orders containing backordered items may ship separately.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery), and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
